I'm in the same boat my wife just the other month had to go to the hospital and spend days in the ICU for Erosive Esophagitis, I am out of work due to the Company Acetylene Oxygen Company, decided that they would down size, I am a Professional Electronics Feild Engineer, but at my age of 52 Plus now, it is impossible to get hired, I'm tired of overqualified for the job or I'm too old for this job to be a Career. I spent the last 17 years of my life with AOC hoping for a Career there, but alas no retirement and no medical. my health ain't that great either but I worry not for me but my pain is I cannot provide for my wife...
